IESA puts its extensive experience in automation programming, process supervision system, electricity, process modeling, and IT to work for large French and international industrial groups.  Our teams high level of expertise allows us to put robust command-control solutions into place, and to allow industries to take advantage of the best digital transformation innovations in order to improve their production tools.  IESA is recognized in the automation world for its hardware and software expertise. Because our skills and experience cut across different industries, we have been able to adapt quickly to the different sectors in which our clients work : agrifood, aluminium, environment, tunnel boring, naval, mineral, nuclear, oil and gas, ropeways, glass-making and logistics. Our structure, dynamic and ready to take up any technical challenge, holds the quality of human relations as one of its core values.

Programming automation, supervision and HMI (human-machine interfaces)

IESA designs and produces control-command systems. From the definition of the automation architecture to the commissioning of your facilities, IESA can help you with: communication and field networks ; the writing of specifications and functional analysis, organic analysis, the study of PID loops, security analyses, PLC programming ; with safety, supervision and HMI automation, and with operator training.  From the initial study of a project to its end deployment, IESA has been involved in both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Study and realization of turnkey electricity-instrumentation packages

From HVa to weak electrical current, IESA has recognized skills in industrial electricity.  IESA conducts audits and field appraisals, readings, detailed engineering, design and diagrams (design calculations, one-line diagrams, electrical diagrams, electrical layout, nomenclatures, marine certifications ; ISO, BS, NEC, CA, DIN norms), plant studies, manufacture of electrical equipment (transformers, MCC cabinets, PLC cabinets, variable speed drives, electrical shelters, power & control cables, UPS, control boxes, cooling units, busbar, explosion-proof envelopes), electrical works market, and on-site services.

Industrial IT to create your custom-made applications

IESA develops your custom-made applications : data management, communication with your production tools, graphic interfaces, algorithms, dedicated surveillance systems, architecture and security of your communication networks…

IESA has its own libraries at its disposition.  These libraries were specifically developed to respond to our clients’ needs (communications libraries, graphic interfaces, alarm managers, thread managers). Our IT engineers have recognized experience and tested skills in the following database query languages : SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Lite, and in development langages : NET (C#), WinDev, Microsoft Visual Studio ; as well as in communication protocols : Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus DP/PA, TCP/IP, CANopen, DeviceNet, ASI, NMEA 0183/2000.

3D simulation, virtual reality, augmented reality, and extended reality

IESA accompanies its industrial clients in their digital transitions and industry 4.0 projects.  3D simulation allows testing automation to optimize start-up, but also allows for immersion in a process through virtual reality and augmented reality.

IESA designs sales support tools, decision support systems, technical validators, automatic process validators, industrial training (driving, maintenance, safety), technological showcases. IESA works closely with partners like  3D SMAX, and OCULUS, HTC Vive, UNITY, NATURAL POINT, IMMERSION, BARCO, and BLENDER. IESA puts the latest technological innovations to work for its clients and can, for example, create digital twins of industrial processes. An interesting technological apparatus to optimise a business’ return on investment.
