The experts at IESA Automation have just returned from a worksite in the environmental market. In collaboration with our client, we took part in a project to revamp the two flue gas treatment lines at the Colmar waste-to-energy plant. The project to revamp Colmar's flue gas treatment lines
The Colmar waste-to-energy plant is a key site for efficient waste treatment and clean energy production. Thanks to the addition of the lime powder reagent, the reaction in the bag filters is exponential, enabling better flue gas treatment during peak emissions. As a result, the efficiency of the plant’s flue gas treatment process is enhanced. As part of this project, IESA Automation contributed its expertise in automation and instrumentation to help optimize the plant’s two existing flue gas treatment lines.
