As part of the extension of a plant specializing in the heat treatment of aluminum, IESA was asked to contribute its expertise in industrial automation. The objective? To ensure the integration and commissioning of the automation systems for the furnaces and their loader, guaranteeing smooth, efficient production right from the start-up of this new line.
The aluminum industry relies on precise and demanding processes, particularly when it comes to heat treatment. This key stage aims to improve the mechanical characteristics of the material by perfectly controlling the heating and cooling cycles.

Our intervention covers all the steps required to automate the six furnaces and their loader:
✔️ PLC programming and supervision: development and parameterization of systems for optimized operation, ✔️ Systems integration: on-site installation and configuration of equipment, ✔️ Equipment testing: checking the correct operation of PLCs and sensors, ✔️ AMS certification: validation of temperature curves to ensure compliance of heating cycles, ✔️ Validation of loading and unloading cycles: tests in real-life conditions with the automatic loader.
Our teams are currently mobilized in China to finalize the commissioning of the installations. This critical phase ensures that all the equipment works in perfect harmony, in line with the customer’s requirements.
