IESA continues its commitment to the environment by recycling paper in its offices
A simple action for a big impact
As part of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach, IESA Automation has taken concrete steps to reduce its environmental impact.
Since the beginning of 2023, the company has implemented a paper recycling policy in its offices, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development. Let’s take a closer look at this responsible initiative.
1. Why recycle paper in the office?
Paper recycling is an essential action for any company looking to reduce its ecological footprint.
In France, one ton of recycled paper saves 17 trees and thousands of liters of water. Beyond waste reduction, recycling also helps decrease energy use and limits CO2 emissions.
At IESA, we understand the importance of this action, which is why we’ve implemented an efficient recycling system in our offices.
2. Ecobelles: a simple and effective solution
To make paper sorting easier, IESA has installed “Ecobelles” throughout its offices.
These recycling bins, practical and visible, allow each employee to contribute to the collective effort.
Since 2023, we have successfully collected and recycled over 233 kilos of paper.
This action, though individual, has positive effects on a global scale, as each kilo of recycled paper brings us closer to being a more responsible company.
3. Results: an encouraging outcome
Since this initiative was implemented in January 2023, the results have been impressive.
Thanks to the involvement of the entire team, more than 233 kilos of paper have already been recycled.
This commitment is only the first step in a broader CSR strategy at IESA, which will continue to multiply actions in favor of the planet.
