Why create events between collaborators?
Companies are more and more looking to create a pleasant work environment that is conducive to the development of their employees. To do so, they do not hesitate to organize events that allow their employés to relax and get closer to each other.
The IESA Karting session
At IESA, it was on the Actua Karting track in St Laurent de Mure that the employees met for a moment of conviviality placed under the sign of competition.
The races were hard and the results were close. The participants showed their tenacity to win the first place. In the end, three employees were on the podium of champions: Olivier, Michaël and Gaétan! Congratulations to them.
The benefits of this moment of conviviality
This event allowed the employees to meet outside the professional framework and to enhance the relationships that unite them. They were able to share moments of relaxation and conviviality in a warm and festive atmosphere. This initiative, supported by the management, was greatly appreciated by the participants!
The results of this session of Karting
This type of activity increases team spirit and cohesion between employees. It also promotes communication and productivity. At IESA, the organization of this go-karting day was a real success and the employees are excited to participate in other similar events. We look forward to the next event!
