As part of this project, we will be working on the addition of a transitic system designed to optimize tire recovery from manufacturing machines and automatically route them to the inspection stations.
This project requires our expertise in industrial automation and industrial electricity.
Here are the key stages of our technical scope:
- PLC and HMI programming: configuration of PLCs and man-machine interfaces to ensure optimal flow management.
- Electrical design and cabinet manufacturing: we will design and build all the electrical cabinets required for the system to function properly.
- Test simulation (virtual commissioning): prior to on-site commissioning, simulations will be carried out to validate the system’s full functionality.
- Testing and commissioning: once the equipment has been installed, our experts will test and validate the entire process to ensure successful commissioning.
