Optimizing transitic systems is therefore a major challenge for manufacturers, who seek to improve the reliability and speed of their installations while reducing downtime.
In the field of industrial logistics, transitic systems play a key role in ensuring the efficient transport of products throughout the manufacturing process.
This sector is particularly strategic in the tire industry, where the fluidity of production flows determines plant performance.
At IESA, we support manufacturers in optimizing their transitic systems by offering innovative solutions in :
Thanks to our expertise in the automation market, we have already collaborated with numerous players in the tire sector.
Today, this experience enables us to provide precise technical answers to our customers’ problems, and to guarantee efficient commissioning of their installations. It was in this context that we were asked by Olivero to carry out an industrial simulation mission designed to test and optimize 3 transitic systems in a passenger tire production workshop, in the before curing workshop.
To carry out this mission, we will be deploying three Plug’n Test 3D simulators, designed to test and validate the correct operation of handling systems before they go into production. Our work will focus on several key technical aspects:
Our Plug’n Test solution reduces the risks associated with implementing new systems by optimizing the plant’s transitic systems:
This collaboration with Olivero once again illustrates our ability to offer advanced industrial simulation solutions to the tire manufacturing market. We are proud to contribute to the optimization of our customers’ industrial processes (including optimization of transitic systems) and to strengthen our presence in this strategic market.
🙏 Many thanks to Olivero for their confidence in our expertise. We look forward to seeing our Plug’n Test 3D simulators in action, and to supporting new manufacturers in optimizing their transitic systems. 🚀
