They call on us for our technical and operational expertise. At the moment, several of our staff are working on a transitic systems commissioning project in Romania.
Commissioning, a high-stakes process
Commissioning is a high-stakes process in engineering and industry. Its aim is to ensure that newly-built or revamped facilities operate optimally, whether in terms of safety, efficiency, compliance with standards and specifications, or the required norms.
In order to optimize the time required to bring a plant into or back into production, the commissioning stages are crucial: anticipation, quality of program development, creation of a schedule, various tests, etc. This helps to reduce the risk of costly interruptions, improve operational efficiency and ensure the safety of workers and the environment.
The project in detail
After a flight of almost 4 hours and a cab ride to their accommodation, our employees arrived at the plant to begin their assignment. They were commissioning 5 transitic systems in a before curing workshop of a tire factory.
After developing the plant’s dedicated PLC program to the customer’s standards, our teams carried out the necessary tests before setting off on site to complete the assignment.

Transitic systems are technological solutions used for the efficient, automated movement of materials, products within an industrial plant, warehouse or similar environment. These systems are designed to optimize the supply chain, improve productivity and reduce operating costs by automating the flow of materials.
Before curing workshops represent the first phase of production, where raw materials are transformed into semi-finished products or preforms that serve as the basis for the subsequent manufacture of complete tires.
