Our automation experts worked on the conveying system for transporting aluminium sheets to the preheating furnace of a heat treatment plant. 

They use technology objects to program the manipulator : 7 positionning axis.   

After having designed the manipulator, the furnace and their environment, our experts developed a simulator to test their programs. This tool reproduces the complete mechanics of sheets handling and their loading into the furnace. 

They also programmed the temperature control of the furnace according to the heating ramps and supervised the process. 

Thanks to a dedicated tool, we generate production reports and archive sensitive data from the installation.
