Within the framework of the renovation of a plasterwork, we provided a Plug ‘n Test application ! This tool allowed to emulate the operating part of a gypsum conveying and dosing system. We implemented and animated the CAD model of the installation. 

We carried out the emulation of : 

• Storage silo 
• Belt conveying, worm screw, pipes 
• Filters 
• Gates 
• Mill-Dryer 

The whole emulated installation was connected to 2 SIEMENS PLCs. We simulated the material flow between the hoppers in compliance with the PID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram). Thanks to this device, we have validate the flow regulation before the plant was restarted.
