We first realized the revamping of a PLC of transitic systems of the factory, and also carried out the PLC programming of a storage unit equipping the retreading workshop.

Our scope of work included:

• Drafting of specifications and functional analysis
• Modification and updating of electrical diagrams
• Complete rewriting of PLC and operator panel programs
• Tests on Plug’n Test
• Conversion from 2 PLC5 to 1 ControlLogix
• Conversion of the RIO network to Ethernet

The systems were back to 100% production yield in just 3 days.
