Within the framework of the production line evolution of a car plant, we provided a Plug’n Test application. This tool allowed us to emulate the operating part of AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle).  

We carried out the simulation of :  

• Pick-up and drop-off stations of AGVs 
• Movement of AGVs between stations 
• Handling of workpiece carriers 

The whole emulated installation was connected to SIEMENS PLC.
