Renovation of a training simulator for Pot Tending Machine (P.T.M) in Australia, Focus on this commissioning project

Rénovation et Mise en Service d’un simulateur de formation sur des MSE en Australie

Virtual Training for Electrolysis Machine Operators

Virtual training is an essential tool for operating Pot Tending Machines (PTM) in the aluminium industries.

Thanks to VR technology, operators of these machines can train in a secure and controlled environment, thereby reducing the risks associated with handling real equipment.

Industrial simulation enables total immersion, providing users with a near-real experience while benefiting from increased flexibility and efficiency.

This training method not only facilitates the rapid acquisition of skills but also reduces costs associated with errors and maintenance.

Renovation of a Training Simulator for Fives ECL

Our expertise was recently demonstrated through the renovation of a training simulator initially developed over 15 years ago for Fives ECL, aimed at alumineries.

This project integrated the latest advancements in VR technology and the most recent rendering engines to enhance the user experience.

Our team, specialized in industrial simulation, successfully met the specific needs of this demanding industry by modernizing the tool to meet current standards of performance and realism.

The optimized virtual training allows operators to become familiar with the Pot Tending Machines, which are complex processes in the production of aluminium, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Global Intervention Through Our Expertise

To ensure the success of this renovation, our expert in industrial simulation traveled to Australia, to an aluminerie, to oversee the commissioning of the modernized simulator.

This trip highlights our ability to intervene worldwide, providing our expertise wherever it is needed.

The remainder of the installation commissioning will be finalized remotely, demonstrating the flexibility and efficiency of our interventions.

This project perfectly illustrates our commitment to providing cutting-edge virtual training solutions, using VR technology to address the global challenges of alumineries and industrial chantiers.

We would like to acknowledge Harold, our expert, who has just returned from his mission, contributing to the success of this international project.

Acknowledgements

We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to our customer Fives ECL for its trust and loyalty over many years.
