Work-linked training is a particularly popular way of learning in industry, as it combines theory with the acquisition of practical skills. It can be offered at various levels of study, from secondary school to university. Work-study students have a company tutor who supports them throughout their course and their experience in their chosen company.
At IESA, this notion of support is particularly important. In fact, in a technical and specific environment such as ours, we believe it is essential for young people to be mentored. This means that students can ask all the questions they want and acquire all the essential knowledge thanks to the experience of our experts.
This year, we are welcoming 3 people on work-study contracts
David is at Claude Bernard University in Lyon 1, in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, AII course (Automatism and Industrial Computing).
Alexis is at Jean Monnet University in Saint Etienne, in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, AII course (Automatism and Industrial Computing)
Jonas is doing a BTS CIRA (Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation) at the LaSalle campus in Saint-Etienne.
They will be part of the automation team and will be given responsible assignments. We welcome them and wish them every success in their projects.
